Who we are:

After living in Lancaster Pennsylvania for 10 years, Melanie Batista has returned to serve her home state New Jersey to be close to family once again. Outside of real estate Melanie enjoys embracing self-defense through Krav Maga, exploring culinary arts, and nurturing a passion for lifelong learning. “Whether I’m exploring the world of the subconscious mind, bushcraft survival skills, trying to pet someone’s dog or playing board games with my mini human; I make it a point to find peace in the moments of life's diverse rhythms”. 

 

Melanie loves listening to great minds speak, Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Dan Lok, Earl Nightingale, Pastor Dharius Daniels, to name a few.

As a homeschooling mom, one of her goals is to teach the importance of financial literacy and demonstrate a lifestyle of creative, big-thinking opportunity. The understanding of "an idea is where it all begins" is an art worth practicing. 

 

Melanie has renovated multiple homes from the ground up, utilizing an architectural design skill set and pairing it with thorough knowledge of market sales allows her to continue to take a mismanaged home, recreate the space entirely and sell it for top dollar.
